Fight for Freedom  Dred Scott was a  hard worker who was treated unfairly in a case that determined his  immunity, and he never got to  extol the life of being free. The problem was that his freedom w   ould be short-lived.   Two years after the c!   ase, the Missouri  controlling Court reversed the lower courts decision.
